  • Margot de Taxco Turquoise Vintage Mexican Bracelet

    Margot van Voorheis Carr designed this wonderful, swirls and beads jeweled bracelet with great skill. She opened her own Taller in Taxco when she divorced Antonio Castillo and created a legacy in her silver designs. The piece is .75in. wide and weighs 40 grams heavy. It is quite rare to find this design with turquoise stones. This jewel exudes an extremely strong presence and is certainly a joy to wear.

  • Huge Amethyst Vintage Mexican Silver Cuff / Bracelet

    This is a heavy Mexican sterling cuff weighing 101 grams. It is primitively curled and turned with thick filigree strips of silver. The stone is very large and without chips or damage measuring 1.5 inches top to bottom. The face of the entire piece is 2.5in. tall. The cuff will fit most if given a push up the arm. The gap is 1.25in. in the back of the cuff. The diameter is 2.25 inches. The recesses are heavily darkened and the piece has been left to age. It appears to have a gold tone but it is just the lighting used in the pix. The sides have a leaf motif and the whole piece is simply stunning.

  • 980 Taxco Peacocks Vintage Mexican Silver Necklace

    Here is perhaps the most dramatic piece that I have ever held. Huge and magnificent and if that is not enough it is in excellent condition without one dent or ding. The drop is 3.5in. long and 2.5in. across. The peacocks are 2.75in. tall that go around the neck. The repousse is thick and with great dimension weighing 146 grams. I have a photo showing a "slice" shot to give an idea of how dimensional the piece is. Hallmarked 980 Taxco as shown. The clasp is much larger than the chain but I believe the chain and clasp are original to the piece as the giant clasp helps to balance this very large piece. The maestro who crafted this large of a piece was also considerate to how it falls over the body with a perfect drape. This is incredibly rich on with a presence all it's own. Very, very rare, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
