Reveriano Castillo was an accomplished Maestro who opened his shop REVERI in 1952. Properly hallmarked as shown and a 16.5in. wearable length with the centerpiece measuring 2.75in. by 1.5in. tall. The silver feels silky soft as it is more than sterling content. The decorative balls are repousse and seated in such a way to reflect light over the 3 link drop. The entire piece is deeply hand chased with darkened recesses and the weight is 99 grams. This is a piece that goes with the career wardrobe, jeans or the little black dress. No damage or flaws and a very dark natural patina left untouched on this necklace. Reveriano Castillo is mentioned in the Penny Morrill books on Mexican Silver, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
