This outstanding vintage Mexican silver cuff is what makes hunting for Mexican jewels fun. The piece is signed E.S. and is noted in Hougarts book of Mexican Silver and Trade. I have had clampers by this artist and they are finely detailed and all exhibit gorgeous repousse. The weight is heavy at 73 grams. The design is outstanding and the amethyst stones spark the 2in. tall beauty. The gap is 1.25in. and the inside diameter is 2.5 inches. Condition is free of dents or damage. The gap is angled in the back on purpose and opens the piece up where the arm widens making it all the more comfortable. I have never seen another like it and it is certainly collector quality.
